Founder of FIREVOLT Ventures. Berlin-based since October 2022.
I'm an MBA-qualified strategy operator with a decade across tier-one strategy consulting, London Business School, and the inside of Berlin scaleups as Chief of Staff — and a parallel career producing experiential events, dinners, and gatherings across Berlin and beyond.
FIREVOLT Ventures exists because those two worlds are the same craft. Strategy compounds when the room is designed for it — when the people who have to live the plan are in the right setting to commit to it. And gatherings only matter when someone has asked what the room is actually for. I do both — strategy first, then the gathering scoped around the conversation the strategy needs.
I work in English across US/UK/continental European business cultures, and in the strange, generative seam where startups, brands, and impact organisations meet — which is essentially Berlin in one sentence.

Four years from Analyst to Manager. Sold $3M+ in B2B consulting. Designed and launched a live eSports TV network in three months. Cross-functional teams of 15.

Pricing strategy, market entry, financial modelling for investor and client conversations at a carbon-negative materials startup.
Owned the strategic roadmap, GTM, pricing for first five product launches, investor relations, board comms, and leadership offsites.
Strategy consulting, experiential events, workshops, and digital strategy across founders, scaleups, brands, and mission-driven organisations. Produced global experiential festivals in Romania, Costa Rica, and Portugal. Launched my own event series in Berlin. Produced experiential events in the non-profit space to close mission-critical gaps in biodiversity.
